Clipflow Terms of Service
Last Updated Date: November 7, 2025
Thanks for using Clipflow! We build Clipflow to help you plan, produce, and manage content efficiently — whether you’re working solo, with a team, or for clients. Because we don’t personally know every customer, we set a few terms to keep things fair and functional.
When we say “Clipflow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”, we are referring to Clipflow Systems Pty Ltd.
When we say “Services”, we mean the Clipflow platform, applications, websites, and any connected features or integrations.
When we say “you” or “your”, we are referring to the person or organization that owns the Clipflow account.
By using Clipflow, you are agreeing to these Terms.
1. Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and account.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs within your workspace.
- Accounts must be created and accessed by real humans — not automated bots.
- If functions such as AI/MCP access is granted you will be responsible for their actions in the system.
- If your workspace is owned by an organization, that organization may control or manage access to your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us.
2. Payment, Trials, and Billing
- Clipflow may offer free trials. We will state the length of the trial when you sign up.
- After the trial ends, continued use of Clipflow requires payment based on your chosen plan.
- If payment fails or is not completed, access to the Service may be paused until billing is resolved.
- Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
- Prices may change from time to time. If they do, you will receive notice.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location. Where required, we collect and remit them.
Whether paid or free — we do not sell your data.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Clipflow account at any time via account settings.
When your account is cancelled:
- Your workspace and content will become inaccessible immediately.
- Data is removed from active systems.
- Some data may remain temporarily in automated backups or system logs and will be cleaned up over time as part of normal infrastructure operations.
If you cancel before your current billing cycle ends, you will not be charged again. Refunds for unused time are not automatic unless required by law.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior
- Illegal activity
- System abuse, excessive load, or misuse
- Violations of these Terms
We will attempt to notify account owners unless urgent action is required.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Clipflow supports integrations with third-party services such as YouTube and Instagram.
Key principles:
- You choose whether to connect integrations.
- We use secure OAuth authentication.
- We do not store your third-party account passwords.
- You may revoke access at any time via the third-party platform’s settings.
We may add more integrations in the future. They will follow the same principles.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or store in Clipflow.
You grant us permission to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
We may remove content if it is:
- Illegal
- Clearly harmful
- Reported and found to violate rights
We do not monitor or pre-screen content.
7. Our Intellectual Property
Clipflow Systems Pty Ltd owns the software, platform, branding, and visual design of Clipflow.
Using Clipflow does not give you ownership of the platform.
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, duplicate, or clone the Service
- Reverse engineer or modify any part of the Service
- Use Clipflow brand assets without permission
If you'd like to use Clipflow branding in marketing or case studies, please ask us first.
8. Security and Uptime
We use reputable hosting and infrastructure providers and follow industry-standard security practices.
However, Clipflow is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Perfect uptime
- Error-free operation
- That every feature will meet your needs
We care deeply about reliability — but all software has limitations.
9. Liability
To put this plainly:
Using Clipflow means accepting the risks of using cloud software.
Clipflow Systems Pty Ltd is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, business, data, or profits
- Downtime, bugs, or service interruptions
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We work hard to make Clipflow stable, secure, and useful — but the risk of using the Service remains with you.
